With efficient floorplates of 12,600 SF, spaces inside 90 Fifth Avenue are flooded with natural light, while the 3,000 SF landscaped roof terrace harmonizes indoor and outdoor workspaces by creating an inviting and laid-back atmosphere.

Working with RFR whose portfolio also includes the Chrysler Building and the Seagram Building, we created a clean, bold, timeless and sophisticated brand, concentrating on grid structure and typography across digital and print brochures, a website, eBlasts, advertising, and marketing center materials.

90 Fifth Avenue’s Union Square location is a popular and thriving area, so we captured its vibrancy with a local area shoot, creating a suite of bespoke imagery to use in campaign materials.
