We developed a striking and flexible brand identity system for L&L’s Terminal Warehouse, a huge ground-scraper redevelopment on Manhattan’s west side.

The identity drew on the building’s heritage as a warehouse, drawing on the idea of goods in, goods out and transposing this to ideas in, ideas out for the building’s future use as a grade A office building.
